As a Quality Assurance Manager you will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and be responsible for managing AirSprints Quality Assurance Program (QAP). Youll help ensure our fleet is maintained to the highest mechanical standards supporting our commitment to safety reliability and youre detail-oriented thrive in a collaborative environment and want to be part of a company that truly values its people - this is your opportunity to this role you will:Manage the Quality Assurance Program (QAP) in accordance with the Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM) and applicable Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).Plan and conduct internal audits and surveillance activities across maintenance and operational compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory audit results track findings and follow up on corrective QA activities and results to the Director of Maintenance (DOM) Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) and senior leadership as with Transport Canada on matters related to the and interface with the Safety Management System (SMS) as QA records and ensure proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the be successful in this role you will have:Transport Canada M2 AME (6) years experience working within CAR 604704 and/or 573 environments. Working knowledge of CARS and associated standardsExperience with quality assurance auditing or compliance to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).A valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driver abstract.
