Job Summary

Position Description:

You will help people and have a positive influence. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between members and the company and will be their trusted advisor. You will use our payroll solutions to support our members online.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a key member of a close-knit team working closely with a knowledgeable clientele you will be responsible for:

- Providing telephone support to advisors and payroll managers regarding applications and procedures and promoting best practices
- Coaching customer service advisors on payroll matters
- Planning and organizing your work to meet expectations and deadlines
- Acting as a resource person to answer questions
- Identifying situations requiring urgent attention and escalating issues and requests to the appropriate resources when necessary
- Supporting and coaching advisors on technical aspects they are unfamiliar with during calls
- Working closely with other teams
- Identifying and documenting issues encountered questions raised and proposed solutions
- Provide essential documentation and procedures to team members
- Plan the 5-week onboarding coaching for new customer service representatives
- Create tools and training materials to facilitate the onboarding and learning of customer service representatives
- Act as a mentor and positive change ambassador
- Provide weekly progress updates on the technical coaching of associates including the training path for new associates.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma in administration or a related field or any other relevant combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll management experience including full payroll processing application of employment standards and proficiency with payroll tools or software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer contact center environment ideally in a role requiring inbound/outbound call handling customer service or operational support.
-Required skills with PowerPoint Excel and Word AI and payroll tools such as Opera SAO and CRM

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45 000$75 000. This role is an existing vacancy.
