Bilingual Customer Service Rep (French and English)
Job Summary
- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests etc.)
- Scheduling & confirming pick ups
- Follow up on interline requested pick ups
- Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers requirements are being met
- Assisting sales
- This is a remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay
- This is a Monday-Friday Shift from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications :
Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French)
Professional writing & phone skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work as a team & individually
Excellent communication
Reliable
This is a remote position: Candidates can work from home. All training and equipment will be provided however candidates must provide their own internet.
