What you will be doing:
- Provide friendly professional and engaging service to all guests
- Take orders serve food and beverages and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menus ingredients and promotions to confidently make recommendations
- Ensure all service standards and sequence of service are followed
- Prepare and set up service areas ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Support team members and contribute to a positive collaborative work environment
- Follow all health safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Serving It Right certificate
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
