What you will be doing:

• Provide friendly professional and engaging service to all guests
• Take orders serve food and beverages and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menus ingredients and promotions to confidently make recommendations
• Ensure all service standards and sequence of service are followed
• Prepare and set up service areas ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
• Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and effectively
• Support team members and contribute to a positive collaborative work environment
• Follow all health safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Serving It Right certificate
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
