Senior Engineer – Instrumentation and Controls

Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Engineer Instrumentation and Controls - Major Projects on a permanent basis in our Health Safety & Compliance team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK.

What youll do:
Applies advanced engineering expertise to lead complex specialized projects with minimal guidance.
Anticipates customer needs conducts detailed analyses and develops innovative solutions in undefined or challenging situations.
Provides technical recommendations contributes to operational and functional goals and supports budgeting and cost management.
Resolves complex engineering issues using advanced techniques recommending improvements to processes guidelines and methodologies.
Mitigates risks supports escalation management and promotes a strong culture of safety and compliance.

Who youll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineering professionals and project specialists. This team strives to cultivate a culture of technical excellence collaboration continuous improvement and safety. As a subject matter expert you will lead and mentor others in the engineering processfrom preparing regulatory aligned technical reports and specifications to guiding the design development and delivery of complex projects. Youll also provide strategic technical input to stakeholders ensure schedules budgets quality and safety standards are met and lead research and analysis to inform best practices and drive ongoing improvements.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) & Sustainability and:
Have 8 years of combined experience.
Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Registered as a Professional Engineer ().
