They excel in requirements gathering documentation and information management partnering with Product Owners and Agile Delivery Team to ensure alignment with standards. Leading complex projects they provide strategic guidance and mentor other BAs. Representing the BA Community they establish and implement foundational practices promote continuous improvement and advocate for mentorship within the profession. They share accountability for the BA roadmap through problem-solving and process governance.
