Overview

What Youll Do
- Own and execute the overall sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
- Lead mentor and scale a results-driven sales team
- Identify and penetrate new markets sectors and customer segments
- Build strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Track market trends competitor activity and growth opportunities
- Drive sales forecasting pipeline management and performance analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and operations
- Ensure compliance brand integrity and professional standards across all interactions
What Were Looking For
- 1012 years of sales experience including 35 years in senior leadership
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in B2B / commercial sales environments (automotive experience is a plus)
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong execution bias
- Degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters is a plus)
- High ownership professionalism and customer-first attitude
