Overview

Were looking for a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue growth and scale a fast-moving commercial vehicle business. This role will own the end-to-end sales strategy lead a high-performing team and unlock new market opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Own and execute the overall sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
  • Lead mentor and scale a results-driven sales team
  • Identify and penetrate new markets sectors and customer segments
  • Build strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Track market trends competitor activity and growth opportunities
  • Drive sales forecasting pipeline management and performance analytics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and operations
  • Ensure compliance brand integrity and professional standards across all interactions

What Were Looking For

  • 1012 years of sales experience including 35 years in senior leadership
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in B2B / commercial sales environments (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a strong execution bias
  • Degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters is a plus)
  • High ownership professionalism and customer-first attitude
