Overview

Were looking for an experienced Lead Backend Developer to drive the design development and delivery of scalable Python-based backend systems. You will lead a team collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions for global clients.

What Youll Do:

Lead backend design and development using Python ensuring scalability reliability and maintainability.
Build and maintain APIs and backend services with frameworks like FastAPI; experience with Django Wagtail or Firebase is a plus.
Mentor and guide a team of developers review code and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with frontend developers QA DevOps and clients to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Optimize backend systems for performance maintainability and operational efficiency.
Produce technical documentation and ensure project knowledge is effectively shared.

What You Bring:

6 years in software engineering with 4 years hands-on Python development.
Proven experience leading backend teams and delivering complex projects.
Strong skills in FastAPI RESTful APIs PostgreSQL and Docker.
Deep understanding of backend architecture coding standards and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving communication and client-facing skills.
Ownership mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
