About the Global Trainee Program

Your Profile

• Degree in: Electrical Engineering Economical Engineering or Energy Management
• Language: English Advanced (B2/C1)
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Electric energy and natural gas supply
  • Energy market operations & trading strategies (OPCOM BRM)
  • Renewables and BESS is an advantage
  • Regulatory frameworks and industry-specific networks

What Youll Do

• Monitor forecast and analyze energy markets to support strategic decisions
• Implement hedging strategies to minimize risks from market volatility and regulatory changes
• Support energy budgeting business planning and rolling monthly forecasts
• Ensure compliance with national and EU energy regulations
• Coordinate and lead end-to-end energy-related projects with internal and external stakeholders
