About the Global Trainee Program
This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

- Degree in: Electrical Engineering Economical Engineering or Energy Management
- Language: English Advanced (B2/C1)
- Technical Knowledge:
- Electric energy and natural gas supply
- Energy market operations & trading strategies (OPCOM BRM)
- Renewables and BESS is an advantage
- Regulatory frameworks and industry-specific networks
What Youll Do
- Monitor forecast and analyze energy markets to support strategic decisions
- Implement hedging strategies to minimize risks from market volatility and regulatory changes
- Support energy budgeting business planning and rolling monthly forecasts
- Ensure compliance with national and EU energy regulations
- Coordinate and lead end-to-end energy-related projects with internal and external stakeholders
