Currently Orbico is looking for:
Group SFA Product Specialist
The role will be part of Sales Transformation Program within Orbico Group structure. This role is ideal if you enjoy combining business understanding technology and want to actively contribute to the improvement of field sales operations through digital tools. You will be working directly with stakeholders from majority of Orbico markets (most of all Bulgaria Romania Bosnia and Hercegovina Croatia Slovenia and Poland) as well as with Group functions.
Main objectives:
The role and objective of Group SFA Product Specialist is to support the SFAs business agenda within Orbico Group review performance of existing functionalities as well
as facilitate pilots of enhancements in selected Markets that will help define target scope of one common Group SFA application meeting most of all Sales Teams needs.
Key job duties:
Work with market stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into SFA system improvements while keeping the end user in mind
Support the Group SFA Product Team in managing and enhancing SFA solution
Collaborate with Group Business Analyst Solution Architect UX/UI Team and external SFA vendors to deliver the best possible solutions for Orbico SFA users
Build and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders in markets
Collect functional requirements prepare user stories and support backlog refinement
Track rollout progress of new features and assist markets in adoption and correct usage
Analyze user feedback and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to process standardization and optimization across selected Orbico markets
Provide ongoing SFA support and know-how to all stakeholders within the Orbico Group
Supports product communication documentation and knowledge sharing
Job requirements
Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in business systems business analysis or product management project implementation or with comparable exposure to sales support operations
Experience in working in an international environment
Ability to work comfortably between business and technology Teams
Understanding of Agile ways of working and product lifecycle fundamentals
Hands-on experience with SFA mobile CRM or related digital tools supporting field sales and merchandising operations either from the vendor side or as an internal key user or strong motivation to develop the expertise is an advantage
Understanding FMCG dynamics or multi-category distribution industry is an advantage
Familiarity with development lifecycle and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps Jira)
Comfortable verbal and written English skills to work with international stakeholders
Knowledge of additional CEE/SEE languages (e.g. Polish Croatian Romanian Bulgarian) is an advantage
