What You Will Do

• Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone chat email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and providing appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
• Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
• Support and provide information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/center
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

What you ideally bring with you:

• You have very good oral and written Portuguese communication skills as well as being friendly and insightful to understand and assist our customers with any queries which may arise.
• You have a strong interest in eCommerce and marketing and a passion for print and design enabling you to provide the best solution for our customers and to contribute to the success of their business.
• You have good computer skills allowing you to communicate with our customers on all channels to support them.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus
