What youll do
ProcurementSpecialist - at Regnology you will contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide procurement processes and systems and ensure constant availability cost effectiveness integrity and end-user satisfaction.
Manages the purchasing of goods and services at the company level. Responsible for identifying potential supplier sources conducting interviews with potential vendors negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contract.
Your key accountabilities are:
- As ProcurementSpecialistyou are the interface between end users departments and (IT) suppliers;
- support and advise the end users and departments in the planning ofprocurementsand supplier onboardings;
- handleour supplier/procurementportals and support end users to use its functions;
- manage the purchase order process from start to finish for all responsible budgets and ensure correct process for accounting procedures;
- take care ofthe central contract and license management system to inventory our assets like licenses contracts;
- Adhere to companysprocurementpolicies and procedures;
- Diligently work throughprocurementrequests via the IT service management system;
- Recommend improvements in workflow procedures and documentation as it relates to theprocurementsystems;
- Perform a variety of special projects and assignments in assigned area including the implementation and coordination of assigned program components and assists with the development of procedures.

- Relevant experience in a similar position as buyer or administrator
- Experience with commercial contracts at a corporate level would be a plus
- Bachelors degree in business administration or economical field
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- High level of attention to details
- Good understanding of business documents
- Good communicator with effective written and verbal skills
- Proficiency: MS Office Suite esp. Word & Excel
- Ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools
