Manufacturing Quality Engineer

• Product Audit Management and preliminary investigation for Molding and Assembly.
• Drive preventive quality management for connector business (14Q QAM control plan FMEA linewalks).
• Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects.
• Enhance quality mindset of MOE1.1 MOE1.2 and PJM1 associates for general and connector specific aspects.
• Close collaboration with DBE and Q-functions for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) 14Q in shopfloor.
• Process Audit Coordination.
• Support 8D leader and expert tasks for Quality (internal and external).
• Define and coordinate implementation of Safe Launch activities for new SOPs.
• Define and coordinate investigations points when QZ failures linked to MOE are detected.
• Support document control in MOE1.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Have 4 years minimum in Quality Management methods in automotive industry.
• Have experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management.
• Strong problem-solving skills (8D Fishbone Diagram Why-Why Analysis Ishikawa 5Why Is-Is not).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and Core Tools (APQP PPAP FMEA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Able to focus on quality targets (CRI IDC Safe launch).
• Strong quality method expertise.
• Good communication skills in English.
