In this role you will support accurate and timely processing of financial transactions ensuring smooth vendor payments and reliable accounting operations within an international finance environment.
Your Tasks
Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
Enter upload and maintain invoice data in the accounting system
Support the review and processing of employee expense claims
Monitor accounts payable balances and ensure payments are up to date
Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks and compliance activities
Your Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree in accounting or a related field is an advantage
Experience or basic knowledge of accounts payable or accounting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Well-organized working style with effective time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Clear and professional communication skills both in Polish and English (B2 level required)
