Description -

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting HR processes in EMEA like onboarding data management and compliance while also advising on service enhancements. The role oversees HR system transactions optimizes team interactions and collaborates for synchronized HR operations. The role supports various HR teams maintains ethical standards and contributes to process improvements and projects ensuring a cohesive HR experience for employees.

Responsibilities:
Assists and processes HR activities such as pre-hire checks hiring in HR system new-hire pre-onboarding onboarding activities data changes disability claims leave of absence compensation benefits termination of employment etc.
Creates and updates knowledge database articles and manages myHR-related queries.
Manages employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to-date) and supports audits government surveys and reporting.
Initiates reviews and approves daily HR system transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Advises on improving HR shared service operations by tracking trends of incoming inquiries to identify and resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
Monitors team interactions with service requestors (employees or management) and provides coaching to optimize efficiency and employee/manager experience.
Maintains organizations standards for ethical business practices professional image orderliness customer service and good employee and community relations.
Supports the leaders of shared services with process improvements and controls implementing change taking ownership of ongoing and other ad hoc projects.
Supports Payroll Legal Benefits and Country HR teams in sourcing information and producing employee documents.
Maintains close collaboration with related HR partners/generalists to ensure employees are experiencing a synchronized HR organization.

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
0-2 years of work experience preferably in customer service or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

Interest in HR previous experience will be a huge advantage

Strong communication skills oral and written in English knowledge of any other foreign language will be a huge advantage

Previous experience with Workday SuccessFactors or other HRIS

Willingness to work in fast-paced international environment

Ability to work in cross-functional teams

The base pay range for this role is73500 PLNto111400 PLNannually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive addition this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Companys U.S. parent corporation HP Inc. on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills effort responsibility working conditions experience and work location.
