About the role
Reporting to the Manager Product Data Management the Associate Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate complete and highquality product information across the Product Data Hub (PDH) PIM system and related repositories.
You will act as the main contact for product setup and data integrity tasks supporting global and regional stakeholders and contributing to tactical product management new product development and productrelated projects within Global Product and Marketing Organization (GPMO).

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Data & System Integrity
Manage product setup in PDH and relevant ERP systems ensuring accurate flow to the Global Trading Company before activation in regional ERPs.
Handle individual and mass data change requests ensuring complete and precise uploads.
Monitor data quality across systems and act as the primary contact for product setup and data integrity.
Ensure new product information is correctly launched in the PIM system and accurately reflected on .
Collaborate with regional master data analysts to avoid launch delays and support timely order placement.
Understand the Innovation and New Product pipeline to prioritize setups for key new launches.
Support GPPMs and RPPMs with tactical product management product transfers and COMIND approval processes.
CrossFunctional Collaboration & Project Support
Coordinate product data updates with the Artwork Centre (AWC) including artwork creation updates and Guardian product changes.
Support GPPMs in New Product Development projects including Stage Gate tasks such as certification inputs and packaging briefs.
Work with GPPM RPPM and regional teams on code inactivation and discontinuation for rationalized or discontinued products/SKUs.
Execute productdatarelated projects and contribute to product change or improvement initiatives as assigned.
Required Competencies
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ideally 1 year of experience in data management or similar office environment
Experience in B2B settings is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Comfortable with MS PowerPoint Excel Teams Outlook and Smartsheet
Experience working in multicultural environments is beneficial
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong affinity for technical data and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
