IT Service Desk Intern

Daily responsibilities

• Maintain order in the office by collecting organizing and redistributing IT equipment.
• Prepare and configure workstations and peripherals according to company standards.
• Provide on-site support for meetings conference calls and training sessions ensuring all AV and IT systems function correctly.
• Monitor and maintain shared office devices (e.g. printers AV systems) performing first-line troubleshooting.
• Log track and update all service requests and incidents in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams.

Qualifications :

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
• You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• You have a good command of English.

For this role you should also have:

• Basic knowledge of operating systems
• Ability to resolve basic hardware issues
• Installation and configuration of user software
• Strong communication and patience in user support
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• User and objects management in Active Directory
• Google Workspace Admin Console
• PowerShell / Command prompt fundamentals
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Barramundi / Workspace One
• Jira and Confluence

Working mode

Work mode: office-first fully onsite work from Warsaw office

The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate running from July to the end of September with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
