UX Research Intern

Daily responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of playtests and other user research studies under mentor supervision
• Interview playtest participants and assist in collecting qualitative feedback
• Shadow experienced researchers and moderators to learn best practices
• Moderate playtest sessions ensuring a smooth and structured experience for participants
• Contribute to analysis and synthesis of research findings demonstrating strong analytical thinking

Qualifications :

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
• You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• You have a good command of English.

For this role you should also have:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides)
• Strong interest in technology and the gaming industry
• Basic understanding of game development (e.g. as a hobby or personal interest)
• Foundational knowledge or interest in UX / user research
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OBS or other recording/streaming tools
• Educational background in sociology psychology or related field
• Deeper understanding of game development processes

Working mode

Work mode: office-first at least 4 days per week from Warsaw office.

The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate running from July to the end of September with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
