Commercial Operations Intern

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations and support a variety of sales contract and marketing-related activities in Poland. The intern will work closely with the commercial team providing day-to-day support across operational and administrative tasks while developing practical business experience in an international environment.

Internship details:

Start date: 1st August 2026

Location: Warsaw

Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 day per week in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Supporting tender and offer management activities including identifying relevant opportunities and helping prepare offers and submission documentation

Assisting with SFDC administration including creating and updating opportunities maintaining service contract data and supporting data accuracy

Helping with contract and commercial support activities including renewals warranty conversions and related administrative follow-up

Supporting follow-up on tele-sales activities and marketing campaigns including non-digital campaign execution when needed

Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials

Working closely with the commercial team in daily activities

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree (student status must be maintained throughout the entire internship period)

Fluency in Polish and English both spoken and written

Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and results

Eagerness to learn and develop
