Field Sales Support Executive

This new role focuses on building strong longterm partnerships with our customers in Morocco and the wider North Africa region. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Energy & Infrastructure North Africa you will have the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring colleagues in a dynamic and fastmoving environment.

As a technical and commercial support you will play a central role in identifying growth opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction through rapid response and dedicated service.

• Deliver aftersales technical support. Provide fast reliable onsite support to customers solving technical issues and ensuring the painting process meets specifications.
• Improve customer operations. Identify ways to optimize customers equipment processes stock control and forecasting so they can work more efficiently and increase their use of Hempel products.
• Provide support across internal teams. Work closely with Sales Customer Service Production and Logistics to support customer projects and ensure smooth execution in the field.
• Conduct inspections and reporting. Carry out onsite testing quality checks and prepare inspection reports documenting any nonconformities to protect Hempel and reduce risks.
• Build strong customer relationships. Support customers with training handle questions and complaints share insights with the commercial team and help identify new opportunities to grow business.

• Proven experience in Technical Coating Advisory.
• Strong ability to engage commercial customers with a customercentric approach.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work closely with the sales team and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Office applications.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
