A Day in the Life
As the Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst you will be an integral part of the Global Service and Repair - Insights team focusing on developing implementing and managing data and analytics this role you will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive analytics-driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function endtoend and become a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.Responsibilities may include:
- Partner with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that optimize service depot field service and contact center operations
- Build enhance and maintain data products that support Service & Repair operations
- Develop a strong understanding of endtoend Service & Repair workflows metrics and operational drivers
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery aligned to project commitments
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting reduce adhoc requests and apply automation to manual reporting tasks
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions
Required knowledge:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience in data analytics business analytics or related role
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Tableau to analyze and visualize data
- Proficiency with SQL Snowflake or other data warehouse technologies
- Fluent in English
- Background in a manufacturing or service delivery environment is advantageous
- Experience with Azure DevOps Jira and Agile ways of working is advantageous
- Ability to develop analytics frameworks and perform detailed information gathering analysis and investigation to solve complex problems which impact multiple workstreams departments or specialties is advantageous
- Experience using other BI Tools including Power BI Spotfire is advantageous
