Were looking for a creative and driven Principal Engineer to join our this role you wont just be a coder or a strategist; youll be both. As our one of our most senior technical expert in the Cyber Defence domain youll have the autonomy to architect design and build the secure scalable and resilient platforms that protect our customers and our business. This is your chance to solve complex puzzles mentor a talented team and make a tangible impact from day one.

In this role youll get to

• Lead the design and evolution of our core cyber defence systems and platforms.
• Champion and embed modern engineering best practices in security testing and CI/CD.
• Mentor and coach our engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Tackle our most complex security challenges working across teams to reduce risk and deliver robust solutions.
• Shape our long-term technical vision for information protection acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

What youll bring to the role

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Deepexpertisein designing scalable resilient and robust blueprints for systems.
• Proficient in designing and implementing automation solutions for zero-touch operations automated scaling and self-healing capabilitiesleveragingtools likeTerraformfor infrastructure as code and managing container orchestration withKubernetes.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous and formidable technical challenges untangling complex problems to create elegant solutions.
• Hands-on ability to write high-impact elegant code including core libraries infrastructure-as-code modules and proof-of-concepts integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in researching prototyping and adopting new and emerging technologies and paradigms.
