YOUR ROLE

As the Scrum Master you will enable high-performing agile delivery across CTIS engagements by coaching teams and stakeholders in Scrum practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

YOULL

• Establish and coach Scrum practices
• Facilitate agile ceremonies
• Support backlog management with Product Owners
• Remove impediments and manage risks
• Drive transparency through metrics
• Coach teams on agile behaviours
• Align teams across workstreams
• Drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Experience delivering complex tech or cyber projects
• Knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Agile certifications (CSM PSM SAFe)
