Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Superintendent to join our dynamic and successful Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager this multifaceted role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including:

• Leading the site procurement team overseeing the purchasing and warehouse management functions.
• Implementing and maintaining supply policies and procedures that align with corporate requirements and are practical in their application.
• Providing technical guidance to maintenance activities to ensure high standards.
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

Your ability to effectively manage a team identify improvements and engage with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

About You

We are seeking a professional with:

• A commitment to maintaining a high level of safety performance and positive workplace culture.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• A minimum of five years experience in procurement and warehouse management within the mining industry.
• A developed understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired but not essential).
