Reporting & Insights

• Deliver reports across sourcing contract management procuretopay and supplier management
• Support global and responsible sourcing reporting requirements
• Build and update dashboards in Excel/Power BI
• Respond to adhoc data and reporting requests

Data Support & Quality

• Maintain ETL/ELT processes and reporting workflows
• Support data governance taxonomy and metadata management
• Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
• Maintain technical documentation user guides and process flows

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborate with procurement supply chain and analytics teams
• Clearly explain data and reporting outputs to nontechnical users

What Were Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for managing large-scale data assets and translating complex figures into reports for leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• A working knowledge of SQL Core Data Models (CDM) and relational databases
• Understanding of data structures ETL/ELT processes and reporting workflows to ensure the integrity and accessibility of the reporting environment.

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure and data preparation for AI and automation use cases.

Personal Skills

• Strong time management personal organisation and consultative problemsolving that balances close attention to detail with the ability to support stakeholders in making datadriven decisions.

• Understands and implements the most effective and efficient processes for completing tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Qualifications :

Experience

• 13 years in analytics supply chain procurement or related fields
• Exposure to procurement or commercial data
