Senior Finance Analyst Supply Chain

We now have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst.  

This is an exciting time to join OTR Group as we embark on a significant phase of growth including the rollout of new warehouses across the country.  As the Senior Finance Analyst Supply Chain you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure systems processes and cost structures are set up accurately to reflect the true cost of our products.

Bringing a strong commercial mindset you will deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights that influence decision-making drive performance improvements and support the ongoing evolution of our supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful commercial analysis to support the Supply Chain team in driving improved financial outcomes.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to identify financial risks opportunities and efficiencies across the network.
• Support the rollout of new warehouses by ensuring accurate cost capture system configuration and financial controls.
• Lead the month-end close process for Supply Chain including preparation of journals reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

• CA or CPA qualified (highly desirable).
• Proven experience supporting Supply Chain in a finance or commercial analysis capacity.
• Strong background in supply chain finance inventory management logistics or cost analysis.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
