Whats the role

Senior Experience Designer Enterprise Design System (AI & Platforms) drives the evolution of our Enterprise Design System as a product and data platformenabling consistent accessible systemcompliant experiences from design through to production. This role shapes how designers developers and AI tools reliably build using shared components tokens tooling and machinereadable system knowledge at enterprise scale.

You will ensure highquality design outcomes strong designtocode fidelity and alignment with accessibility standards through clearly defined system contracts and scalable documentation. Working as part of a crossdisciplinary core team youll help evolve and scale the design system across our brands while supporting daily delivery teams with practical tools and workflows.

Youre a senior design systems practitioner with deep experience working at enterprise scale comfortable operating at the intersection of design technology and delivery. You think in systems not screens and bring strong capability across UI design component architecture accessibility and designtocode alignment.

You enjoy partnering closely with designers and engineers to deliver scalable tools workflows and documentationand are excited by making design systems explicit structured and usable by both humans and AI. Youre futurefocused pragmatic serviceoriented and motivated by improving outcomes across complex multibrand environments.

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in digital experience design with strong foundations in UI design and systems thinking
• Enterprise design system experience including component libraries tokens governance and documentation
• Strong designtocode capability acting as a trusted bridge between design and frontend development
• Demonstrated experience making systems machinereadable including structured documentation metadata rules and constraints
• Practical experience integrating AI into design or designtocode workflows while preserving system integrity
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG applied at a system level
• Experience working with design tokens and crossplatform outputs aligned to scalable standards
• Native mobile design experience across Android and/or iOS
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to drive adoption and change
• A collaborative growthfocused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and futurefocused thinking
