Infrastructure Engineers implement manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical virtual networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support commercial-off-the-shelf and bespoke ICT solutions spanning web/desktop applications web services and batch jobs built using the technology stack.

Key duties and responsibilities

Duties may include some or all of the following:

Provide ongoing support and technical administration for a variety of commercial and bespoke corporate applications in web and desktop environments
Diagnose and resolve system issues and contribute to the resolution of incidents
Plan test and execute patching activities to ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies and deliver system enhancements
Write and review documentation and standard operating procedures
