Join us as Adoption Lead EHR at Dedalus one of the worlds leading healthcare technology companies within our ANZ Product Business Unit in Australia. In this role you will do some of the most meaningful work of your career shaping how the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR) is delivered to the first ANZ clients across the region with the aim of enabling better care.
What youll achieve
As an Adoption Lead EHR you will work closely with the EHR Program Director to drive the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program aligned with the ORBIS EMR offering. You will lead change management and training strategy including implementation tools and methodologies while partnering with Dedalus and client teams to execute Super User training and support client-led adoption benefits realization and end-user training initiatives.
You will
Act as the key advisor to client stakeholders on change management governance and adoption strategy
Guide roadmap planning benefits realization and success measurement
Ensure alignment between solution design workflows and change impacts
Lead Super User training strategy curriculum delivery approach and role definition
Partner with build and clinical teams to align training with configured workflows
Support training needs analysis role-based training environments logistics scheduling and resourcing
Coach client teams on large-scale training delivery including train-the-trainer models
Drive change readiness adoption monitoring and integrated adoption planning
Identify and manage adoption risks dependencies and mitigation plans
Track adoption KPIs training completion competency and usage indicators
Lead go-live adoption readiness assessments and monitor adoption during hyper care

Essential Requirements
810 years experience in healthcare IT digital health or large-scale transformation programs
Proven experience leading change management and/or training for EHR/EMR implementations
Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment partnering with health service clients
Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) and adult learning principles
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
High level of autonomy with the ability to lead workstreams end-to-end
