What will you do

We are seeking a Project Manager Mechanical to join our Industrial Team in Perth with a strong focus on engineering-led project delivery.

This role is ideally suited to a technically grounded Project Manager who thrives in sustaining capital and brownfields environments delivering small to large-scale mechanical projects with precision and efficiency.

Working closely with our engineering teams and clients across Western Australia you will manage a portfolio of concurrent sustaining capital projects overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept development through to execution and close-out. Your work will span key sectors including Industrial Water Energy and broader Infrastructure where practical engineering solutions and disciplined project management are critical to success.

• As a Project Manager youll build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative tailored solutions to meet their evolving challenges

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams coordinating specialists and subconsultants to deliver high-impact results.

• Deliver projects from concept through to handover managing scope risk financials and reporting

• Manage change quality health safety and risk elements throughout project lifecycles.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

What can you bring to the team

• Proven experience delivering sustaining capital or brownfield design projects within mining or heavy industry

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams and a strong understanding of brownfield constraints constructability and integration with existing assets

• Strong project management capability across scope schedule cost and risk management

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

• Tertiary qualifications in project management engineering mechanical or related fields.

• Minimum of 6 years experience delivering engineeringled projects with a focus on sustaining capital and brownfields works across industrial resources or infrastructure sectors.
