Food & Beverage Attendant All Rounder

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our vibrant team at ibis Sydney Barangaroo.

The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant - All Rounder you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding service. This hybrid role requires adaptability to work independently or collaboratively depending on daily business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service in our Lot 51 café/bar.
• Assist with basic food preparation ensuring quality and freshness.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages as a skilled barista.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Adapt to the demands of the day switching seamlessly between independent and team-based tasks.

Qualifications :

Skills and Experience

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Experience in small bar or café operations with knowledge of service standards.
• Barista experience with the ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages.
• Competence in basic food preparation and completion of food safety training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
