Were looking for a skilled Siebel Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast or Sydney and contribute to one of Australias largest transformation programs. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and help shape the future of enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep systems expertise to inform architecture and solution design ensuring high-quality outcomes for the business.
- Provide technical and domain consultation across the wider IT community to enhance solution quality and system robustness.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts project managers SMEs and solution providers to contribute to accurate and timely cost estimates for design and development phases.
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications during the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders in a complex multi-disciplinary project environment.
- Ensure adherence to Westpacs standards and processes to meet regulatory obligations.
What do I need
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a major in Software Engineering (or equivalent).
- 7 years of experience in IT primarily in systems development support and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
- Strong background in systems integration.
- Expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism (e.g. domain or programming language).
