The Opportunity

As a member of theOffice of theNationalChiefMedical Officer you will partner with clinicaldigitaland operational leaders to embed contemporary clinical governance across virtual community andhomebasedcare.Youllbring governance to life enabling innovation supporting clinicians and ensuring safetyqualityand clinical excellenceas care models evolvemaintainingclinical excellence.This is not a traditional governance role.Itsabout making safe innovation possible.

WhatYoullDo

• Lead and embed clinical governancequalityand risk frameworks across virtual andhomebasedcare

• Partner with clinical and digital teams to support safe scalable models of care

• Enable effective integration of technology into care delivery

• Monitor and report on qualitysafetyand risk supporting proactive escalation

• Work across acute community and aged care services to ensure alignment

• Championpersoncentredcare and a betterendtoendexperience for consumers

About You

Yourea trusted governance leader who thrives in complexity and believes the future of care extends beyond hospital walls.

You bring:

• 5 years experience in clinical qualitysafetyand risk

• Senior leadership experience in complex healthcare environments

• A clinical background (nursing allied health or similar)

• Strong influencing skills and a collaborative enabling approach

• Experience adopting traditionalclinical governance models toinnovative services

Experience in virtual care digitalhealthorhospitalinthehomemodels is highly regarded.
