THE POSITION
Lead and coordinate front-of-house operations during each service
Welcome guests manage reservations seating and overall dining flow
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Supervise support and train service staff to maintain service standards
Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service delivery
Support the Cook with daily operations and service requirements
Utilise Compass systems for rostering inventory and operational reporting
THE PERSON
Reliable personal transport is preferred
Intermediate administrative skills; experience with Deputy rostering is a plus
Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
Skilled in managing B2B customer and client relationships
Minimum 2 years experience managing small hospitality teams
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
