THE POSITION
- Lead and support the team throughout each shift
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Support Cook with daily kitchen operations
- Utilize Compass systems for inventory management rostering etc.
THE PERSON
- Reliable personal transport is preferred
- Intermediate administrative skills; experience with Deputy rostering is a plus
- Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous
- Skilled in managing B2B customer and client relationships
- Minimum 2 years experience managing small hospitality teams
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
