About the Role

Were seeking a Senior Advisor Health Safety & Environment (HSE) to join our team in either Sydney/Brisbane/ this role youll lead shape and elevate HSE performance across our business. This is your opportunity to bring expert insight drive meaningful improvement initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver safe compliant and high-performing outcomes.

As a trusted HSE leader you will provide expert advice and practical solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Local State and Federal regulations. Youll play a critical role in strengthening our safety culture and driving continuous improvement.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver timely expert HSE advice and collaborate closely with Business Lines
• Proactively engage stakeholders to implement impactful HSE initiatives
• Lead monitoring reporting and assurance activities to track compliance and performance
• Analyse data and insights to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Influence and support leaders to embed best-practice HSE standards

About You

Suitable applicants will be/have:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in an engineering consulting or professional services environment
• ICAM Incident Investigation Training
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certified management systems
• Lead and/or Internal Auditor (ISO and/or 9001)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
• Proven ability to engage coach and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
• Excellent communication facilitation and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
