Logan Hub ManagerLead a flagship community hub. Build impact partnerships and place. SSI is seeking an experienced Community Hub Manager to lead the delivery and activation of the Logan Hub a $17M multi-purpose communityled destination opening in is a rare opportunity to shape a landmark piece of social infrastructure that brings together community services employers and partners in one integrated the Logan HubThe Logan Hub is more than a building. It is a shared place designed to create opportunity connection and impact. The hub will include:Dedicated space for SSI programs and enabling servicesEmployment and training facilitiesFlexible mixeduse spaces for community and partner organisationsBuilt in partnership with government and the local community the Logan Hub is designed to be financially sustainable while delivering strong social the roleAs Logan Community Hub Manager you will have endtoend accountability for the successful operation activation and performance of the will manage daytoday operations steward community and commercial partnerships and ensure the hub delivers both social impact and longterm is a handson leadership role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of placebased community work asset management and partnership responsibilitiesLead the operational management of the Logan Hub ensuring safe efficient and welcoming daily operationsActivate the hub through strong community service and employer partnershipsManage leases licences and shareduse arrangements across hub spacesBalance social purpose outcomes with commercial and financial sustainabilityBuild trusted relationships with local stakeholders community leaders and partnersLead coach and support a small onsite teamOversee compliance financial management risk facilities and reporting requirementsAct as a visible ambassador for SSI and the Logan Hub within the local communityAbout youYou bring a mix of community leadership commercial acumen and operational capability and are motivated by purposedriven Criteria You have demonstrated experience and proven success in:Experience in community or social infrastructure management precinct activation or multi-service commercial and financial acumen including ability to manage budgets interpret financial reports and forecast revenue and of leasing principles commercial occupancy and revenue-generating models for social infrastructure or community ability to build and sustain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including government agencies business networks community organisations and service providers- in the employment training and entrepreneurship social impact with financial and operational sustainabilityPeople leadership and influence in a complex communityfacing environmentWelldeveloped judgement initiative and problemsolving skillsA deep commitment to inclusion equity and communityled outcomesDegree or formal education in related business commerce or management in community services social infrastructure local government notforprofit or purposeled enterprises will be highly join SSISSI is a leading notforprofit social business supporting newcomers and other Australians to achieve their full potential.
