How you will make contributions that matter
An opportunity for an experienced Credit Supervisor to join AG Warehouse division and take ownership of credit and collections across a regional warehouse network.
This is a handson role combining accounts receivable customer relationship management and credit risk with responsibility for leading a small team and working closely with store managers and customers in the agricultural sector.
- Endtoend responsibility for credit and collections across 30 regional warehouse sites
- Manage customer accounts statements reconciliations and overdue collections
- Set and manage credit limits payment terms and risk exposure
- Lead and support a small credit team (including a direct report)
- Work closely with store managers to ensure credit policy compliance
- Build strong customer relationships while confidently managing difficult payment conversations
- Monitor debtor performance and report on overdue trends monthonmonth
Ideally you will have
- Proven experience in credit management / accounts receivable ideally within the agricultural sector
- Strong understanding of credit risk collections and customer payment behaviour
- Experience working with farmers regional businesses or warehouse/store networks
- Confident communicator able to handle difficult conversations constructively
- Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and finance
- Leadership capability with the ability to coach and support a small team
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting (desirable)
