How you will make contributions that matter

An opportunity for an experienced Credit Supervisor to join AG Warehouse division and take ownership of credit and collections across a regional warehouse network.

This is a handson role combining accounts receivable customer relationship management and credit risk with responsibility for leading a small team and working closely with store managers and customers in the agricultural sector.

• Endtoend responsibility for credit and collections across 30 regional warehouse sites
• Manage customer accounts statements reconciliations and overdue collections
• Set and manage credit limits payment terms and risk exposure
• Lead and support a small credit team (including a direct report)
• Work closely with store managers to ensure credit policy compliance
• Build strong customer relationships while confidently managing difficult payment conversations
• Monitor debtor performance and report on overdue trends monthonmonth

Ideally you will have

• Proven experience in credit management / accounts receivable ideally within the agricultural sector
• Strong understanding of credit risk collections and customer payment behaviour
• Experience working with farmers regional businesses or warehouse/store networks
• Confident communicator able to handle difficult conversations constructively
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and finance
• Leadership capability with the ability to coach and support a small team
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting (desirable)
