Role Overview
This position plays a key role in delivering administrative and operational support across the FPH Group. Reporting to the Group Manager Administration it contributes to operational efficiency and the ongoing improvement of systemsprocessesand service standards.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the controlled documents project bymaintainingand enhancing document control systems and practices ensuring all controlled documents areaccurate up to date properly approved and compliant with organisationalrequirements;
Deliver high-quality administrative support across the FPH Group includingthe Group Leadership Team theSeniorLeadershipTeam and broader business asrequired;
Providereliefsupportto the Group Manager Administration includingconfidential coordination and quality assurance of Board and Management documentationto ensureaccuracycomplianceandtimelysubmission;
Oversee data integrity across key business systems and support continuous process improvementinitiatives; and
Support improvement initiatives and projects as directed proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to streamline administrative processes enhance service delivery and contribute to the development and documentation of policiesproceduresand work instruction.
About you
Your skills and experience will include;
Current Drivers Licence;
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience;
Demonstrated experience inanadministrative role within a large and complexorganisation;
Demonstrated document control experience ensuring controlled documents are accurately maintained version-controlled and consistently managed within document management systems;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including complex document formatting and presentationpreparation;and
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competingdemands.
