Were Hiring: Casual Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly professional and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and employees at our Restaurant Support Centre.

What Youll Bring to the Table

In this role you will deliver a consistently high level of customer service while supporting the day-to-day office services and administrative functions. This is a fastpaced customer-facing role that suits someone who thrives on multitasking and takes pride in creating a welcoming efficient workplace.

About the role and what you will be doing:

• This is a weekday casual role during business hours
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Greet register and direct visitors
• Book track and manage couriers
• Receive pack lift and clear deliveries
• Order office and stationery supplies as required
• Assist the Accounts Payable and Office Services teams with daily mailroom duties
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Office Services teams
• Update spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
• Provide adhoc administrative support to various Restaurant Support Centre teams as required

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in a highvolume reception or front office role (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience working in a professional business environment (Preferred but not essential)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Confident interpersonal skills
• Calm composed approach in a fastpaced or highpressure environment
• Strong time management with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work autonomously and selfmanage workload
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Friendly professional and approachable manner
• Well presented suitable for a smart business environment
