Your Impact

As Head of Performance and Digital Media you will lead the end-to-end function maximising the impact and efficiency of digital media investment. Youll drive strategy execution optimisation and capability ensuring all activity delivers against brand performance and commercial objectives. You will also evolve the operating model and ways of working to support scalable high-performing delivery.

YOU will translate strategy into clear measurable outcomes driving acquisition retention and engagement through strong audience strategy continuous testing and learning and deeper integration with data technology and analytics. You will play a key role in aligning brand and performance priorities to deliver more cohesive outcomes.

This role is key to shaping how Entain connects with customers across digital channels ensuring relevance consistency and efficiency at every touchpoint. You will lead and develop a high-performing team build future-ready capability and drive sustainable responsible growth across the business.

A Day in the Life

• Lead the Digital Media function overseeing both Brand and Performance units to ensure delivery against brand objectives MMM outcomes performance targets and broader business goals.
• Design and embed new ways of working for Performance Media including stakeholder alignment planning rhythms reporting and frameworks.
• Execute the overarching digital media strategy ensuring all activity aligns to Brand Department and Group objectives.
• Develop testing and learning agendas across all digital channels driving continuous improvement best-practice adoption and innovation through structured experimentation and insight-led optimisation.
• Own digital media financial governance including forecasting budget management reconciliation billing accuracy and delivery of working media and performance investment targets.
• Drive operational excellence across the Digital Media team spanning reporting optimisation creative trafficking finance planning and analysis.

Your Strengths

• Proven experience leading senior digital media or performance teams within complex high-investment environments.
• Deep understanding of digital media channels across brand and performance including audience strategy attribution measurement and optimisation.
• Strong commercial and financial capability including budget ownership forecasting and ROI optimisation.
• Experience partnering with data technology and analytics teams to deliver scalable insight-driven outcomes.
• Comfortable operating at Senior ELT / Junior SLT level influencing across functions and reconciling competing priorities.
• A track record of leading developing and retaining high-performing teams through change.
