About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive qualified lead generation through paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google.


This is not a traditional social media management role focused purely on posting content or community management. Were looking for someone who understands full-funnel marketing and can build campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.

Youll support lead generation initiatives for a client operating across asphalt dust suppression and related industrial services.

Initial engagement will be a 3-month contract with potential extension based on performance and results.


Key Responsibilities


Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Build launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Manage campaign budgets targeting creatives and bidding strategies
Develop lead generation funnels focused on conversion and ROI
Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies



Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
Work with landing pages forms tracking and conversion flows
Continuously optimise campaigns using performance data
Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements



Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on ROI CPL conversion rates and campaign performance
Analyse lead quality and acquisition performance
Provide actionable insights and recommendations



Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
Support CRM workflows and lead nurturing processes
Assist with scalable follow-up and appointment-setting workflows
Identify automation opportunities to improve conversion outcomes



Social Media Campaign Support
Support campaign execution across social channels where required
Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives





Requirements

Who Were Looking For

Strong hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
At least 3-5 years proven experience generating qualified leads through paid media
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimisation
Comfortable owning strategy execution optimisation and reporting
Commercially minded and results-driven
Analytical with strong performance reporting capability
Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment


Nice to haves
CRM and marketing automation experience
Lead nurturing or appointment-setting workflow experience
Experience in B2B industrial trade or service-based industries
Landing page optimisation experience





Required Skills:

Minimum 35 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking Campaign reporting and analytics Experience with marketing automation platforms (Zapier Make / Integromat) CRM integration and lead workflow automation Familiarity with email automation tools (Klaviyo ActiveCampaign or similar) Scheduling and social management tools (Buffer Hootsuite or Later) Basic understanding of webhooks and API-based workflows Proven ability to manage campaigns independently with minimal supervision Self-driven proactive and solutions-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment Agile and adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with Australian businesses or clients is highly preferred Nice to Have LinkedIn Ads experience Canva or basic creative design skills SEO and email marketing knowledge Experience within recruitment technology consulting or B2B industries Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
