At iSelect customers come to you already looking for help. Your job is to listen educate and recommend the right health insurance for their needs no cold calling no pressure tactics just real conversations that make a difference.

No Sales experience No problem. Well train you coach you and back you every step of the way.

What youll earn

• $70K incl. super from day one
• $75K after 6 months
• Uncapped monthly commission- your effort sets the ceiling.
• Salary reviews every 6 months with clear progression up to $110K base
• Top performers earn $200K OTE

Your day-to-day:

• Speak with customers actively seeking health insurance advice
• Understand each customers needs budget and lifestyle
• Recommend suitable health insurance options solutions-first not hard sales
• Explain policies clearly so customers can make confident informed decisions
• Build expertise through structured training and ongoing development
• Celebrate achievements with a collaborative highenergy team
