Job Summary:
The MpAS Platform Administrator is responsible for the endtoend administration and operational support of HUB24s Managed Portfolio as a Service (MpAS) offering. This role ensures the accurate setup maintenance and ongoing management of managed portfolio accounts across investment platforms Class and external data providers.Working closely with advisers practices custodians platform providers and internal stakeholders the role plays a critical part in adviser onboarding data quality reconciliations and mandatory corporate actions while maintaining strong operational controls compliance and service standards to support customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Administer MpAS accounts across supported investment platforms ensuring accurate setup maintenance and ongoing servicing
- Perform portfolio administration reporting and data validation using Class including accurate portfolio mapping
- Coordinate endtoend adviser and practice onboarding acting as an operational point of contact during transitions
- Monitor and manage data feeds between platforms Class custodians and thirdparty providers
- Perform reconciliations across holdings transactions cash and valuations investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Process mandatory corporate actions (e.g. mergers takeovers restructures) in line with regulatory and operational requirements
- Maintain auditready records and ensure compliance with internal policies service agreements and regulatory obligations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes controls and documentation
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in platform administration within wealth management managed accounts superannuation IDPS or investment administration
- Strong handson experience with Class (essential)
- Proven experience supporting adviser onboarding and practice transitions
- Experience managing data feeds and performing reconciliations across multiple systems
- Direct experience processing mandatory corporate actions
- High attention to detail with strong problemsolving and investigative skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including work with advisers custodians and platform providers
- Working knowledge of financial instruments investment products and platform workflows
- Experience with MDA or managed portfolio services and understanding of the Australian regulatory environment (desirable)
