About the Role


We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our National Business Services team based in Brisbane. The roles primary focus is project coordination and administration supporting business operational and technology related projects across the team. With a digital lens you will also assist with the coordination and ongoing management of digital applications used within Business Services working alongside IT and specialist teams to support smooth rollout adoption and governance.

About the Service Line
BDOs National Business Services team supports the firms strategic and operational priorities across Australia. The team delivers a range of internal initiatives spanning business improvement technology enablement and service delivery working closely with IT service lines and local offices in a collaborative national environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide day to day support across a range of National Business Services projects including business process and technology initiatives.
  • Deliver high quality project administration including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and minutes tracking actions and maintaining project documentation.
  • Support digital application initiatives through coordination of rollouts user enablement communications and ongoing administration.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and business stakeholders to assist with system issues enhancements access management and licence coordination.
  • Conduct regular user and access reviews for cloud-based applications and maintain quality documentation in line with governance requirements.
  • with business analysis reporting and tracking of project progress and outcomes.
  • Support training and change activities including preparing guidance materials and coordinating sessions for new or enhanced tools.
  • Coordinate updates and maintain Intranet content and escalate any issues where required.

About You

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator or project support role ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable supporting projects with a digital or technology component with a willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
  • Clear confident communicator with a collaborative and solutions focused approach.
  • Welldeveloped business writing skills including experience writing concise reports for business leaders.
  • Experience supporting process improvement and change initiatives including successfully championing the adoption of digital technologies will be well regarded.
