Job Summary
Were looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow Lenmes affiliate ecosystem by building strong partnerships improving performance and driving new revenue through strategic collaborations.
- Grow affiliate revenue through new partnerships and marketplace integrations
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners
- Own and optimize Lenmes advertiser program on Impact
- Identify and launch new affiliate channels and platforms
- Negotiate deals commission structures and placements
- Monitor performance analyze ROI and optimize campaigns
- Stay up to date with affiliate trends and opportunities
Requirements
- 2 years in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact CJ or similar
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with tracking ROAS CAC etc.)
- Experience in fin-tech or marketplaces is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Required Skills:
