Head of Finance

We are looking for a Head of Finance to act as the right hand of the General Manager driving financial performance co-owning the P&L and ensuring sustainable growth.

You will be the architect of financial decision-making transforming data into actionable insights ensuring execution of all financial operations and supporting strategy implementation across the country.

This is a leadership role with significant exposure to both regional and HQ stakeholders and will position you as a key player for future growth 
 

THE JOURNEY:

• Act as the General Managers strategic partner in high-stakes decisions influencing all business functions.

• Drive short and long-term profitability ensuring initiatives are grounded in financial logic.

• Own the financial execution forecasting free cash flow budgeting and ensuring accounting/billing accuracy.

• Lead the treasury function and manage relationships with banks PSPs tax authorities and partners.

• Partner cross-functionally (Operations Commercial Marketing etc.) to align execution with financial priorities.

• Lead a Finance team of 4 guiding and mentoring top talent.

• Ensure continuous P&L optimization through actionable insights and financial modeling.

• Act as a culture carrier and leader supporting the Country Leadership Team in its mission to win the market.

Qualifications :

• 610 years of experience in consulting investment banking audit or corporate finance.

• Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of accounting corporate finance and P&L ownership.

• Track record of driving financial performance and working with advanced financial models.

• Strategic mindset with ability to translate complexity into clear levers of growth and profitability.

• Strong experience in team leadership and talent development.

• Advanced analytical skills and ability to present quantitative data with clarity.

• E-commerce / Delivery industry experience preferred.

• Hands-on autonomous and resilient thriving in fast-paced high-intensity environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

  • Internal: Youre an expert on managing stakeholders working with peers and leveraging other teams aspiring to do whats best for the company

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented approach you are able to maintain and deliver on time multiple project simultaneously

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office Excel

  • Excellent written and spoken Croatian & English language
