Brandt has the exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesperson to join our Cambridge (John Deere) Branch as we enter an exciting growth phase in our business.

About the role:

This is a junior role suited to a recent high school graduate with farm or tractor experience or someone with a strong interest in the agricultural industry who is looking to build a long-term career working alongside our experienced Territory Managers this career opportunity offers training and growth for career advancement exposure and opportunities in the sales profession.

• Yard based sales support role focused on walk-ins inbound enquiries and machine presentation.
• New & used wholegoods and attachment inventory control.
• Work with the service and parts departments in relation to sales activities.
• Assist with yard flow and organisation.
• Provide support to sales staff (including Sales and Branch Management).
• Prepare preliminary costing of equipment for Sales Management.

About you:

• You must be able to drive a Tractor or have the willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines
• Positive upbeat attitude with an ambitious outlook.
• A background or tractor driving experience preferred.
