As senior project manager and team lead your main area of work is to lead teams of consultants working close with our clients. You are responsible for building strong client relationships design and drive analytical work secure that insights and recommendations are well underpinned and packaged in an easy to understand and concrete manner. As a senior project manager at Business Sweden you interact with a wide range of stakeholders within client organizations as well as governmental agencies academia and Business Sweden colleagues around the world. You will work closely with the Country Manager in developing the team and the office.

The role as Senior Project Manager position encompasses a diverse range of assignments such as:

• Drive client dialogues and take on full sales cycle responsibility including monitoring leads developing pipeline and developing project scope proposals and cost
• Lead manage and develop project team members to ensure successful project deliveries and team competency development
• Design and drive analytical work secure that insights and recommendations are well underpinned and packaged in an easy to understand and concrete manner
• Building strong client relationships design and drive analytical work secure that insights and recommendations are well underpinned and packaged
• Proactively find new business opportunities drive insight selling in the region and have an active role in developing our value propositions.

You will report to the Trade Commissioner and the position is based in Tokyo but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients globally as required.
