[DCJP] Graduate Specialist Program(GSP)

This position is an entry-level role designed for new graduates who aim to become technical or functional specialists.
Ideally candidates should be able to start within 2026.

After completing a customized program designed to develop you as a specialist over approximately two years you will be assigned to your permanent position.
Rotational Learning Program
You will engage in project-based assignments across multiple departments rotating approximately every six months to gain broad and practical experience.
Expert Mentorship System
A dedicated mentor will support your professional growth and provide continuous constructive feedback throughout the program.
Talent Development Program
In addition to on-the-job experience you will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training sessions and events designed to enhance both technical skills and leadership capabilities.
This program aims to develop future specialists for high-impact roles in areas such as Research & Development Quality Manufacturing and Logistics.

Qualifications :

MUST (Basic Qualifications) 

• We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn and the ambition to build a long-term career as a specialist at Bosch Rexroth.
• For technical roles Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical fields.
• Maximum 3 years of professional experience. 
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive analytical self-motivated and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

• 技術系職種の場合機械工学電気工学産業工学コンピューターサイエンスソフトウェア工学または関連する技術分野での学士号または修士号
