職務概要**
GEヘルスケアジャパン株式会社はマテリアルロジスティクススペシャリストを募集していますこの役割はOEC製造チームで扱う資材の円滑な流れを確保しサプライチェーンの効率性を最大化するために資材の調達保管配送を調整する責任を負います
職務内容**
* 資材の在庫レベルを監視し在庫管理システムを維持する
* サプライヤーとの連携発注資材のタイムリーな配送を確保する
* 資材の不足や余剰を特定し解決策を提案実行する
* ロジスティクスプロセスを最適化しコスト削減と効率向上に貢献する
* 関連する部門と連携し資材のニーズと供給の整合性を確保する
* GEの品質基準と規制要件を遵守する
応募資格**
* 大卒以上
* 資材ロジスティクスまたは在庫管理における2年以上の実務経験
* サプライチェーンソフトウェアおよび在庫管理システムに関する知識
* 優れた分析スキルと問題解決能力
* 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人関係スキル
* 日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルの流暢さ

GE Healthcare Japan is seeking a Material Logistics Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the OEC manufacturing team by coordinating procurement warehousing and distribution activities contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory management systems
- Coordinate with suppliers place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Identify material shortages or excess inventory and propose/implement corrective actions
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between material demand and supply
- Ensure compliance with GE quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in material logistics or inventory management
- Knowledge of supply chain software and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- A strong team player who aligns with GEs culture and values
